Whoa!
I got some huge visual shout-outs on two blogs I admire very, very much.
Unbeknownst to me, Jordan of Oh Happy Day! posted a picture of my business card, advertising her upcoming letterpress classes. I worked on the card design with my superbrilliant designer friend Britt (whatup B!) and then printed these at Jordan’s studio in San Francisco’s Mission District, during one of the classes. So fun.
Three days after Jordan’s post, Victoria of sfgirlbybay re-posted the picture on her blog. But I didn’t even know about it until my friend Annie (she of Poetic & Chic) called and left a message on my phone, declaring the blog post major, major, major. And then another new friend Katie (she of :: cuffington ::) e-mailed with the subject “looky, looky.”
So. Thank you Jordan, for choosing my card and posting it for the ‘sphere to see. And to Victoria for re-posting. Ah letterpress. Such happenstances you bring to my world.
