Festive, Non-Holiday Party for Tech Start-Up at South of Market incubator in San Francisco

“Do you do tech parties?” people often ask. And we say: "Yes! Yes we do!" We do celebrations and events in all forms. We kicked off 2018 by working with Software Motor Corporation. The challenge from the client: make it look wintry and festive, but NOT holiday. In January? No problem!

What we did:

  • Use butcher paper rolls to describe all the menu fixins

  • Created cute signage for the dessert cornucopia (our idea)

  • Brought in the caterer and photographer

  • Did all the setup and breakdown

  • Worked with the venue on AV (mic, music)

  • Bought a ton of decor from our favorite, Fantastico!

  • Bought all of the floral and constructed centerpieces and vignettes onsite
