A Glitzy + Glam 40th Birthday Party at Villa Fontaine in San Francisco

We love Tina! A high-powered executive at a tech firm and mom, she lacked the time to plan her own 40th birthday party, so we did the planning and designing for her!

Two years prior we produced her husband’s 40th Birthday with a speakeasy/Prohibition-era theme at The Box in San Francisco, and loved the results. Tina gave us her wish list of items: girly; bling; authentic Indian food; mini flans; good music; intimate venue; beautiful design.

Our designer Irene Amido went work, sketching ideas, Pinteresting a ton, and screening floral designers while Genevieve got the foundational logistics in place, including finding the venue, booking vendors that matched her vision, and more.

What we came up with was beyond our imagination! And we have to give a MASSIVE shoutout to our floral designers at Eothen, who helped us truly transform the space with their tropical flowers and vignettes.

They even fabricated these rad floral hoops with LED that flanked the DJ station! It was a truly collaborative, creative process that went “glam Palm Beach” in the heart of the city.

We loved how it turned out, and so did Tina.
